Daniel Moshi, a senior at Leyden High School in District 212, collapsed while performing in the Illinois American Choral Directors Association’s All-State Honors Show Choir at Naperville North High School.
The teen was spotted last week in Illinois giving a solo performance during a choir performance. The broadcaster was informed by his mother, Karolin Moshi, that “they told us that he just went out when he was playing his solo.” We don’t know what happened after he collapsed. Moshi’s mother continued, “He had been OK when I dropped him off at school earlier in the day.”
Daniel checked in even after getting to the high school for the choral concert. He also assured his mum that everything was alright. Two hours later, the family receives the devastating news that he has passed away.
