Susan Powell, a mother of two children, disappeared in 2009. The investigator had given their all to find her, but she was nowhere to get found.

Sadly no, Susan has not been found yet. She was last seen 12 years before her disappearance in 2009.

She is a missing woman; who had two sons with her husband, Josh Powell. It has already been over a decade since Susan’s disappearance, but no clue is available to locate her.

Susan’s husband, Josh, was the main suspect in the missing case. Moreover, West Valley City Police stated that they believed her husband murdered him and closed the case.

Also, his brother Michael must have assisted him in the killing, who later killed himself after the growing suspicion. Josh never got charged with Susan’s disappearance, as he mentioned going camping with the children.

Susan Powell Disappearance Mystery Still Unsolved

Susan made her appearance in the church services on 6 December 2009. It was also the last time people saw Powell.

On 7 December of the same year, the relatives filed a missing report on the entire Powell family. Susan didn’t show up on her job, and her children were not in the daycare.

Thus, the family was worried about them. However, her husband and the two boys returned home, but Susan remains missing, even now.

The officers have doubted that Susan’s husband has murdered him. But with a lack of evidence, no arrest has been made.

Moreover, before the case even took a turn to solve the mystery, her husband killed himself and the children. Thus Susan was not found, and it remains unsolved.

Susan Powell Father Chuck Joins Private Investigators

Although the missing case grew colder every time, Susan’s father, Chuck, has not given up on his daughter. He joined the private investigators for the search in the Utah desert.

Also, he visited an abandoned mine located in the Utah West Desert, hoping to find the clue on his missing daughter. Although the chances are pretty low, he is not giving up yet.
