Wealdstone FC described Teddy Disson-Meade, 14, as being “fantastically gifted.” Teddy Disson-Meade, a player for the Wealdstone Youth U14 Reds, sadly passed away earlier this week, and the London club has now paid tribute to him in a post that said, “It is with incredibly heavy hearts that we announce that Teddy Disson-Meade passed away earlier this week.”
The team went on to say that Teddy was a player of extraordinary talent and emphasized how much they loved and appreciated him as a member of their U14 team.
