By now we all know Ghanaian US-based musician, Showboy is in jail in the United States of America. But the question is, what did Showboy do before he got himself sent to the prison for 15 years?
What Showboy did was that he stabbed Junior US, one best friend of Shatta Wale. Sadly, Junior US is dead now.
But Showboy is paying for what he did to him.
The story goes that Junior US once disrespected AMG Business CEO, Criss Waddle.
So Criss Waddle and Showboy are very close friends — they are even like brothers.
Therefore, when Junior US dissed Waddle, Showboy felt offended and confronted him.
It was during the confrontation that Showboy took a knife and stabbed Junior US.
He then reported the case to the police and Showboy was arraigned before court.
He was finally slapped with a prison sentence on Friday, 15 March 2019.
Showboy, 26, was convicted of aggravated battery for the July 2016 incident, which took place at the Wesley Herrington apartments in the United States (US), the Gwinnett County District Attorney’s Office revealed.
Showboy was jailed for 15 years but he will only spend 5 years in custody.
Showboy has learnt his lessons anyway. Occasionally on Facebook and Instagram, he always advise the youth to stay away from bad company and anger because that was what landed him in jail.
