Letitia Ann James was born in Brooklyn, New York on October 18, 1958. She is one of Nellie and Robert James’s eight children. Letitia attended public schools in New York City. The agency agreed to let Wood re-occupy Broken Angel on the condition that the upper levels be demolished and the central stairwell rebuilt.
