In the spring of 2003, a woman was picked up in Baltimore by what appeared to be a cab. Instead of taking her where she needed to go, he drove her to a nearby park, where he raped her and tried to cut off her ears. The woman survived the attack, unlike the attacker’s other two victims.
Where is William Vincent Brown Now?
According to official court records, Vincent, who is in his late 50s, is presently incarcerated in Cresaptown, Maryland’s North Branch Correctional Institution.
Despite receiving a life sentence, the judge decided that Brown should serve 25 years in prison before being considered for parole.
