The culprit in question according to the local media, face a sentence that was upheld by the Child Juvenile Court, a sentence that occurred on Tuesday, May 31 2022 based on gross indecency.

Over the years TikTok had been a centre for perpetrating acts of indecency where you would see girls and ladies flouting their butts and half-naked videos online.
Nancy’s story was no different and it seems she went Tok far with hers.
The lawyer of the victim who was detained Mina Naggy attempted to file an appeal. However, the court still maintained its original decision on the matter.
Nancy Ayman according to the reports was sentenced to three years imprisonment with a fine of 100,000 Egyptian pounds respectively.
The sentence was passed by the Child Appeals court in Giza. Her photographer was as well sentenced to the same level of imprisonment with the same amount of fine.
The photographer was charged with forceful acts of engagement with Nancy Ayman for shooting and uploading the video. As to whether the photographer has a defence to make it is still to be known.
