Big Sky Resort is a ski resort that was opened in December in the year 1973 in Montana, Madison County in the United States of America. According to records, Big Sky Resort is the second-largest ski resort in the United States of America.

Big Sky Resort is also known for hosting corporate events such as conferences and retreat as well as weddings. Big Sky Resort is also known for its winter activities which include skiing and snowboarding, seven terrain parks, zip-line, and snowshoeing. Summer activities are also not left out at Big Sky Resort as it opens its doors for zip-lines, archery, tennis, hiking, mountain biking, golf, and horseback riding among others.

Who Owns Big Sky Resort?

Big Sky Resort was founded by Chester Robert Huntley. Sources have revealed that Chet Huntley, as he was popularly known, died three days before the opening ceremony of Big Sky Resort. Chet Huntley is sai to have died of lung cancer.

However, Big Sky Resort is currently owned by Boyne Resort in Michigan, United States.
