The companies that have been purchased over time include Yantriks, Blue Yonder, RedPrairie, i2 Technologies, Manugistics, E3, Intactix, and Arthur, to name a few.
In 1985, JDA Software, Inc., a US firm, was established in Cleveland, Ohio by James Donald Armstrong and Frederick M. Pakis. In 1987, all eight JDA staff members relocated to the business’s Arizona headquarters after reaching an agreement with a Phoenix-based auto retailer.
