Who Owns The 2pac Estate?

Upon being shot and killed in 1996, Tupac designated Afeni as the sole beneficiary of his estate. Sekyiwa received all of Afeni’s “tangible personal property” when she passed away in 2016, and Sekyiwa has since argued that the belongings that Afeni inherited from Tupac should also included. Tom Whalley, who also received Afeni’s estate upon her passing, is in charge of managing the estate.
