Nigerian musician Zlatan Ibile who’s in Ghana has organised an #EndSARS protest in the capital city, Accra.
Videos trending on social media sees him amidst a group of people as they shout End SARS on the streets.
Zlatan said a few days ago that he wished to join the protest in Ghana but his delay was due to the fact that demonstrations in Ghana come with permission from the Police which normally get responded to in 5 days.
It appears he applied and was given the nod, hence, he organized his own version here.
These protests by Nigerians is to express their anger against police brutality in their country mostly perpetrated by the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) — a unit of the Nigerian Police force.
They have killed innocent young men just because of their hairstyle, possessing expensive gadgets among other ‘senseless’ reasons.
