Requirements for Applying for a Burnley FC Academy Scholarship

To enrol on our BTEC Sport Level 3 Extended Diploma, students will need at least five GCSEs at grade C or above, including English (Grade 5).
A Level 2 course option is available for those who do not meet the requirements, subject to an interview

Interested footballers must first submit the following in other to be scouted for a chance to be eligible for the scholarship:

Players Vital Statistics: Players’ position, Age, Date of Birth, Height, Weight, contact email/phone/address, current club, previous clubs, detail of any trials already attended, any representative honours such as school, districts, county etc
Players’ schools they attend
Fixture list of your current team, including location and kick-off time to be passed to scout
