George Nagobads was born Visvaldis George Nagobads on November 18, 1921, in Riga in the Republic of Latvia. George Nagobads was known to have spoken five languages which are Latvian, Russian, English, French, and German.

George Nagobads was an American physician who graduated from the University of Tübingen in Germany with a medical degree. Nagobads was employed by the University of Minnesota as the physician of its hockey team known as the Minnesota Golden Gophers men’s ice hockey.

George Nagobads was awarded the Paul Loicq Award. Nagobads was also inducted into the Golden Gophers Hockey Hall of Fame as well as the United States Hockey Hall of Fame.

George Nagobads Health: What Health Condition Did George Nagobads Have?
