Carlors Pacheco is a Spanish comic book artist and penciler. Carlos Pacheco Perujo was born on November 14, 1904, San Roque, Spain. For Pacheco work on series like Green Lantern, X-Men, Avengers Forever, and the Fantastic Four, he is best recognized in the United States.
Carlos Pacheco worked briefly for Planeta-De Agostini Comics, a division of the pan-European publisher Planeta De Agostini, early in his career. Carlos Pacheco primarily created covers, posters, and pin-ups for Spanish-language versions of Marvel Comics that Planeta was then publishing under the brand Comics Forum.
Carlos Pacheco debut superhero comic book, American Soldier, an eight-page work with writer and translator Antonio Moreno, appeared as a back-up in Marvel Heroes 41. (May 1991).
In a later collaboration with writer Rafael Marn, he developed the Spanish superhero teams Iberia Inc. and Trada Vértice, which appeared in two miniseries published by Planeta-DeAgostini Comics under the imprint “Linea Laberinto.” The stories were written by Pacheco and Marin, with art by Rafa Fonteriz and Jesus Merino (in Trada Vertice).
