The name Shakur is arguably the most famous name in the history of HIP-HOP due to one individual, TUPAK SHAKUR. A talent who came into the music scene and changed the face of rap music forever as his thug lifestyle coupled with the passion he sings and raps with. So big was his vision that as a rapper, he formed his own rap group known as ‘The Outlawz’ which featured the likes of E.D.I Mean, Gadaffi whilst he was still signed to Suge Knight’s DEF JAM record label. 2Pac as such a talented individual as he was a poet as well as an incredible actor.
Unfortunately, he lost his life after he was fatally shot on his way back from a Mike Tyson fight in Los Angeles. He would be in comatose for some days before eventually being declared dead.

Makini Shakur is the ex-wife of 2Pac’s stepfather, Mutulu Shakur and she is still alive and reportedly lives in California.
