Tou Thao is a 36-year-old who is known to have pleaded guilty to charges from the state which was known to have been aligned with George Floyd’s murder. The charge allocates that the state charged him with aiding and abetting the murder as well as manslaughter of George Floyd. With Tou Thao, he wasn’t the killer but was tagged as convicted for his aiding and abetting in manslaughter charges. If the sentence has to make him taste prison life, for an approximate period of 48 months.
However, reports coming in indicate that, Tou Thao initially refused to plead guilty, a situation that could have even to an extent reduce his sentencing to a period of 36 months. According to Minnesota Public Radio, “Tou Thao said it would be a lie and a sin for him to plead guilty” they narrated.

Tou Thao is not missing. However, Tou Thao might be facing a potential prison sentence of probably a period of 48 months on the charges of aiding and abetting manslaughter.
