The 14-year-old and Jeffrey first met at a bus stop in front of the 219 Club, a gay bar in West Allis.
Following some discussion, Jeffrey decided to ask the boy to participate in a nude picture shoot at his grandmother’s house before returning with him. James was enticed to accompany Jeffrey to his home by the serial killer, who even gave him $50 in exchange.
After delivering James to Catherine’s house, Jeffrey had sex with the 14-year-old but soon realized he wanted to be in total control.
The serial killer finally drugged James, but it wasn’t enough, so the teen was later strangled to death. Given that Jeffrey’s grandmother resided in the same home, disposing of James’ body proved to be a challenge. As a result, the body was kept in the basement for around a week.
