Every passing day, humans look for ways and means by which they can make life easier. And by this, new machines are invented to replace what manual labor would do.
The easier things are, the better time is saved.
One area where a lot of inventions have been made for efficiency and effectiveness is the kitchen.
Talk of blender which blends vegetables at a faster rate than the use of hand, last year, someone also invented a fufu machine which can do the pounding, just to mention a few.
Well, there’s a latest addition and that’s a Banku cooking machine.
In a video going viral on social media, one can see a man handling what looks like a ‘drilling machine’ to stir the mixed cassava and corn powder on fire.
As he pressed something on the machine, there’s a pointed front which stirs the Banku.

Social media reactions
Social media users are not so pleased with this new invention.
A lot of them are of the view that this machine cannot do the work well enough.
Others also said with the struggle the man is going through to make it work, it means it’ll take more time — which would mean a lot of electricity would be consumed and the bills would go high.
Others also opined that the old method of using a ‘wooden spatula’ is far better.
