In the year 1981, the MHSC training centre was established in the charming town of Grammont, situated to the east of Montpellier. This state-of-the-art facility is strategically positioned, with some parts adjacent to the club headquarters, which encompasses dormitories, a dining hall, living rooms, a sports hall, and medical facilities.

The remaining sections of the training centre are located within the prestigious Bernard-Gasset training centre, which includes changing rooms, grounds, and classrooms.

Montpellier HSC takes immense pride in its comprehensive youth structure, boasting a diverse range of academy teams. These teams cater to various age groups, starting from National 3 (U23) and progressing through U19, U17, U16, U15, U14, U13, U12, U11, U10, and U9.
