His influence spread far and wide across the country, making him one of the most renowned leaders of the Islamic community in the USA.
In 1975, Alshareef was born to Egyptian parents. He was born and raised in Canada, but his commitment to his faith was so great that even as a young child, he memorized the Quran.
Madinah University was attended by the institute’s late founder. He was also credited with founding the Islamic institute, where he guided individuals as they learned and practised Islam.
