His full name is Nikko Allen Jenkins, and he was born on September 16, 1986, in the United States. Nikko Jenkins was taken into custody on August 30, 2013, on suspicion of making terroristic threats.
Jenkins was sentenced to 18 years in jail for a carjacking he committed when he was 15 and for crimes he committed while inside, although he had already served 10 and a half of those years.
Andrea Kruger was Jenkins’ fourth and last victim. She was found on August 21 at around 2:15 a.m. by a deputy sheriff responding to a report of gunfire.
At 168th and Fort St., the victim’s body was discovered laying in the street with many 12-gauge shotgun wounds to the face, neck, and shoulder.
