Constantine Alexander Payne is an American film director, screenwriter, and producer. Payne is best known for the films Citizen Ruth, Election, About Schmidt, Sideways, The Descendants, Nebraska and Downsizing. He is noted for his dark humour and satirical depictions of contemporary American society.
Payne had the chance to win a few but very excellent awards for his work and exceptional performances. Awards such as Academy Award for best writing and many others.
