In a Facebook post, he tagged them ‘Trained Talented Scammers (TTS).
The reason for this new name according to Mr Koku is that NPP promised free borla in 2020 during the election campaigns.
But just after winning the elections, they have now introduced a new tax on ‘borla’ — which is the “Sanitation and Pollution levy“.
