How to pray for your future partner

Learn this from me. You need to start learning how to pray for your future partner, sometimes in my talking session, I do what I call “to prophesy” when I begin to prophesy over her life and her purpose and ministry(assignment).

1. That Christ is formed in him/her.

” My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you,”
(Galatians 4: 19)

I always pray that Christ will be formed in the life of my future partner, that she will love and serve God, I always pray that the realities and the consciousness of Christ and the ministry of the Spirit be evident in her everyday walk in life, you should do the same.

2:That he/she will know the scope of his/her purpose.

” Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee, and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee…
(Jeremiah 1: 5)

Every time I prophesy over her life, I prophesy that the reality of her purpose on earth be dawn on her, that she will not lose focus on her purpose and her vision, you should do the same.

3.That he/she will understand their ministry to you.

” And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a help meet for him.”
(Genesis 2: 18)

There’s a purpose for the union, the wife has her ministry to her husband, the husband has his own ministry to the wife, I normally prophesy often to my future partner that she will understand her true ministry to me as her husband, that she will help and support me in every way, you should do same.

4:Start praying against divorce now.

” Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder. ”
(Matthew 19: 6)

Divorce is not the will of God, when I pray over my marriage I always prophesy that there won’t be any cause for divorce, just as Christ loved the church with an eternal love so also we will love ourselves.
