Athena Strand is known to be a 7-year-old girl who was reported missing from her father’s home on November 30. However, a fresh report from Wise County indicates that Athena Strand’s body was found lifeless. The body was known to have been discovered around 8:00 pm just recently on December 2, 2022, according to the Sheriff of the County, Sheriff Lane Akin. According to the Sheriff, Athena Strand was found about 9 miles from where she was staying at home.

According to the narrative of the events, Athena Strand was said to have been abducted by a truck driver of FedEx. The identity of the driver was revealed as Tanner Lynn Horner. And according to the reports the said suspect has been remanded into custody and served with jail charges. The child’s mother gave a positive impression about the incident saying her child should be remembered for who she was.
