Hillary Diane Clinton is an American politician, diplomat, and former lawyer who served as the 67th United States secretary of state under President Obama from 2009 to 2013, as a United States senator representing New York from 2001 to 2009, and as First Lady of the United States from 1993 to 2001 as the wife of President Bill Clinton.

Hillary Diane Clinton was born on October 26, 1947, into a United Methodist family. She attended Wellesley College, where she majored in political science. She was politically active whilst in College and moved on to Yale Law School. Hillary married Bill Clinton on October 11, 1975, and she worked pro bono in child advocacy.

In 1979, Bill Clinton became governor of Arkansas and she took her place beside him as First Lady of the state. In 1993, she became First Lady of the United States, after Eleanor Roosevelt, Clinton was regarded as the most openly empowered presidential wife in American history. She was an advocate of women’s rights and made a famous speech “… let it be that human rights are women’s rights and women’s rights are human rights, once and for all” at the Fourth World Conference on Women in Beijing.

In 2008 and 2016 she campaigned for the President of the United States and was defeated both times. In 2020, she endorsed Joe Biden and was a member of the 2020 United States Electoral College, casting the first of the state’s electoral votes for Biden and Harris.

Is Hillary Clinton Still Alive or Dead?

Hillary Clinton is very much alive and active, working on her various charities and continuing to advocate for women’s and children’s rights to be upheld.
