XXXTentacion was an American rapper and songwriter. He had a series of legal issues but had dedicated fans because of his depression-themed music. The young rapper was born Jahseh Dwayne Ricardo Onfroy on January 23, 1998, to a troubled home.
XXXTentacion started his music career in 2013 with the release of “News/Flock”. He released his first EP “The Fall” in November 2014. His song “Look at Me” went international, topping charts in Canada and the United States but XXXTentacion was in prison, and he signed for Empire Distribution.
XXXTentacion went on to release more singles, his first album got up to No. 2 on Billboard 200. Despite success in music, he was surrounded by legal issues from stabbing Dylan Turner to assault with a deadly weapon, and home invasion.

On June 18, 2018, XXXTentacion was shot multiple times by two armed men in a black Dodge Journey SUV.
The men also stole a small Louis Vuitton bag containing $50,000. Sadly he died from the injuries and was pronounced dead at Broward Health North hospital.
All those involved in the murder were arrested and are awaiting trial.
