Qdoba has been in the restaurant business for the past 15 years. the company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jack in the Box, but in 2018, the company was sold to a consortium of funds led by Apollo Global Management. At the time of the sale in 2018, Qdoba had more than 700 locations in 47 states, the District of Columbia, and Canada.

presently, Qdoba was officially Acquired by Butterfly Equity via a merger transaction with Modern Restaurant Concepts (MRC), an industry-leading “better-for-you” fast-casual restaurant platform consisting of two brands: Modern Market Eatery (“Modern Market”) and Lemonade. As we speak, Keith Guilbault is the company’s Chief Executive Officer, he was named in May 2018. Keith leads the QDOBA Restaurant Corporation and oversees more than 700+ restaurants located across the U.S. and in Canada. till date
