Lori was born in 1960, the middle child in a family of five. She was a self-professed “tomboy” and “tough girl” who had to grow up fast when her mother left them. She started drinking and taking meth at the age of 15 years.
She was introduced to dealing in weeds, then she sold prescription drugs, and finally went big with methamphetamine.
Lori became one of the most prolific meth dealers in the Midwest and became a target on the FBI list. In 1989, she was arrested, and $10 million in assets were seized. She was tried and convicted of drug trafficking and money laundering and sentenced to fifteen years in prison.
