Scott Oliver Hall was an American professional wrestler. He was popularly known under the stage name Razor Ramon and was the World Championship Wrestling (WCW) belt, holder. He was born on October 20, 1958, as an Army Brat. Hall started wrestling professionally in the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) in 1984.

In 1985, he moved to the American Wrestling Association (AWA) and soon made his television debut. In 1990, he won the WWC Caribbean Heavyweight Championship. He changed his stage name to Razor Ramon and soon became WWF Champion. He set the record for winning the Intercontinental Champion three consecutive times,

By 2000, he moved to Japan where he won the Extreme Championship Wrestling house. In 2020, he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. Hall was married to Dana Lee Burgio in 1990, and they had two children, but they divorced in 2001. He struggled with drug use, he went to rehab several times but checked out before completing the program.
