Obesity AKA ‘pot belly’ is not a good thing. It increases the risk of serious health problems such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, sleep apnea, and many more.
More so, ladies don’t tend to like men with ‘pot bellies’, they’re mostly obsessed over guys with 6 packs.
For that matter, most guys try hard to hit the gym to at least clock the 6 packs or just burn stomach fat in other to look ‘sexy’ for the ladies.
Well, Comedian DKB whose love for Fufu has made him to accumulate excess fat in his belly decided to also hit the gym to burn the fat.
He took the bold step in 2016 and after 3 years, he has taken to his Facebook page to brag about his impressive ‘2 packs’.
DKB sharing the photo of his transformation wrote:
“Work in progress, no lie, it wasn’t 3 yrs of constant workout. Almost 1yr of no gym, few months on & off. Several supplements failed cos there is no short cut.
The only way out is the HARDWORK!
