Thomas Lee Bass is an American musician and founding member of the heavy metal band Mötley Crüe. Lee was born on October 3, 1962, in Athens, Greece to a U.S. Army sergeant. The 4-Year-old got his first drumstick and by high school, he made up his mind to become a drummer.
In 1981, Lee founded the group Mötley Crüe with friend Nikki Sixx. The band instantly became a fan favorite and its debut album Too Fast for Love was a hit. The band went on to release a string of hit throughout the decade to become one of the biggest hard rock/metal bands of the 1980s.
Lee tried his hands on acting with films like Battleground Earth and Halloween in Hell. He also appeared in the television show Tommy Lee Goes to College.
Lee has been married four times and has two sons, Brandon and Dylan with ex-wife Playboy model, Pamela Anderson.
